This talk focussed on my experiences of career-changing from the military, to a civilian career in logistics management, and then into teaching - how could nearly twenty-years of leadership experience be better utilised by school leaders that don't understand the roles, skillsets and domain-specific knowledge that can be brought to our new settings.
